§.1 General provisions
Lakeside Robert Biel with the registered office at Zdrojowa 18 , 38-610 Solina is Personal Data Controller. Personal data are subject to protection in line with the commonly applicable regulations of law, and stored on secured servers.
For the purpose of interpretation of terms described in the Privacy Policy for better understanding of the Privacy Policy the term “User” shall be replaced with “You”, “Controller” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament And of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We ensure that the right to privacy is respected and data are secured. Therefore, we use secure encrypted communication protocol among others. Personal data provided when contacting us are treated as confidential and are unavailable for unauthorised persons.
§2. Data Controller
The Service Provider is a controller of its clients’ data. This means that if you contact us, the following data are processed: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, position, job location, IP address. Personal data are processed:
- in compliance with personal data protection regulations,
- in line with the adopted Privacy Policy,
- to the extent and for the purpose that is required to conclude, form, change or terminate the Agreement, and to duly perform electronic services,
- to the extent and for the purpose of legitimate interest (legally justified purposes), unless the processing violates the rights and freedoms of a person to whom they relate: to the extent and for the purpose of the consent given by you, such as [for example] providing you with our offer,[przykładowo]
Each person to whom the data relates (if controlled by us) may access, correct, remove his/her personal data or limit processing of his/her personal data, and to object against data processing and file a complaint to a supervisory authority. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of your consent to the extent only as to seek claims before court or if we are required to retain the data pursuant to local, EU or international regulations. The Service Provider may provide the User’s personal or other data to authorised entities in line with the applicable regulations of law (e.g. prosecuting authorities).
Personal data may be deleted due to withdrawal of the consent or filing of a legitimate objection to personal data processing.
The Service Provider shall provide personal data only to entities authorised by the applicable regulations of law.
§3. Cookie files
The website www.solinaresort.pl uses cookies. Cookie files are small text files sent by the www server and stored by a computer’s browser software. When the browser reconnects with the website, it recognises the hardware from which the user is connected. Thanks to the parameters, the information contained in them can be read only by the server on which they were created. Thanks to cookies, previously visited websites are easier to use. The information gathered include: IP address, type of the browser used, language, operation system type, internet services provider, time and date, location and information sent to the website on the contact form.
The data gathered are used for monitoring and checking how users use our websites in order to facilitate the service and ensure more effective and trouble-free navigation. User information is monitored by means of Google Analytics tool, which records user’s actions on the website. Cookies identify the user, which helps adjust contents of the website used to his/her needs. By remembering his/her preferences, it enables proper adjustment of the commercial offers addressed to the user. We use cookies in order to guarantee the top standard for convenience of our service and the data collected are used only internally within Lakeside Robert Biel to optimise our operations.
